Digital Delivery
Aksa Xiterz sells digital licenses and access resources. Once payment is confirmed, the license is delivered to the buyer account and becomes visible in My Licenses.
Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate successful payment for the same product and package.
- Payment was successfully captured but the license was not delivered and support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- The selected package is out of stock after payment and no replacement or equivalent package is accepted by the buyer.
- A confirmed system error caused the buyer to receive a different product or package from the one purchased.
Non-Refundable Cases
- The license key has been delivered and viewed, and the product matches the purchased package.
- Buyer changed their mind after successful digital delivery.
- The buyer used, shared, resold, leaked, or attempted to redistribute the license key.
- The issue is caused by unsupported devices, unsupported operating systems, third-party service restrictions, or use that violates our Terms of Service.
- Crypto network fees, gas fees, exchange rate movement, or third-party payment fees outside our control.
Review Process
Contact Discord support within 7 days of payment and include your order ID, login account, product name, package, payment method, and a short explanation.
We may first offer a replacement license, setup help, or package correction. If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider and payment method.
Disputes
If you believe a payment was successful but your order is still pending, contact support before opening a dispute so we can check the transaction status and delivery record.
