Aksa Xiterz provides digital license keys, downloadable setup resources, and customer support for compatible utility products.
Products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping, courier delivery, or printed invoice unless stated otherwise.
Account and Checkout
You may need to log in before checkout so we can store your order history and deliver your license key to the correct account.
You are responsible for using an email account you can access and for keeping your account secure.
Payments and Delivery
Prices shown on the website are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah. Where available, international payment estimates may also be shown for convenience.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation from the payment provider. Paid digital licenses are shown in the My Licenses page.
Pending orders may expire automatically if payment is not completed within the displayed payment window.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use any product, file, license, or support resource for unlawful activity.
- Do not use our products to gain unauthorized access to systems, bypass security controls, infringe third-party rights, or violate the rules of another platform or service.
- Do not resell, share, leak, or redistribute license keys or private setup resources without written permission from Aksa Xiterz.
Support Scope
Support covers checkout issues, license delivery, product access, setup guidance, and eligible reset requests.
Support does not cover misuse, third-party account penalties, unsupported devices, unsupported operating systems, or use that violates these terms.

We may update these terms when products, payment options, support coverage, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows the latest version.
